Ace Home Tutors ("we", "us", "our") runs a home tuition matching service. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use and protect it. Last updated 6 August 2026.

Information we collect

We only collect the details you choose to give us through our forms — the "Find a Tutor" / post-a-requirement form, the "Book a free demo" form, and the "Become a Tutor" application. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name and phone number, and email address if you provide one.
• The student's class, subjects, board and any exam preparation needed.
• Preferred days, time slots and your area or locality.
• For tutors: qualifications, experience, subjects and classes taught, and availability.
• Any notes or message you add.

We do not ask for payment card details, government ID numbers or passwords on this website.

How we use it

• To match families with suitable tutors and to arrange free demo classes.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request.
• To review and onboard tutors who apply to join our network.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share a family's requirement with a shortlisted tutor, and a tutor's relevant details with a family, only to arrange tuition.

How it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in our database (Cloudflare D1) and a notification is emailed to our team so we can follow up. Access is limited to authorised Ace Home Tutors staff.

Retention

We keep enquiry and application details only for as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable follow-up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have shared, or to stop contacting you. Just reach out and we will act on your request.
